Exchange Methods:
Method 1 – Through the Nearest Branch:
You can visit your nearest branch and exchange the product free of charge within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt.
Method 2 – Through Shipping:
Exchange via shipping is available; however, the shipping cost will be doubled. This is because the courier will deliver the replacement order to you and collect the returned item at the same time, delivering it to the shipping company (this counts as one shipment). The shipping company will then send it back to us as a return (this counts as a second shipment). Therefore, two shipping charges will apply.
